Afghan Outlet LLC – Legal Terms and Policies

Terms of Service Welcome to Afghan Outlet LLC (“Afghan Outlet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using
www.afghanoutlet.com (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of
Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our marketplace platform, including all content,
functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.

1.1 Marketplace Role

Afghan Outlet operates as an online marketplace facilitating transactions between independent
third-party sellers (“Vendors”) and customers (“Buyers”). Afghan Outlet is not a direct seller,
manufacturer, or supplier of the products listed. Vendors are solely responsible for listing, pricing,
shipping, and managing returns for their products.

1.2 User Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Afghan Outlet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity or violation of
these Terms.

1.3 Fees and Commissions

Afghan Outlet charges Vendors a 15% commission on each completed sale and a monthly vendor fee
of $10. All fees are non-refundable and may be revised with 30 days’ written notice.

1.4 Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Afghan Outlet does not store or process credit card data directly. Vendors receive payment minus
applicable commissions and fees.

1.5 Prohibited Activities

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Users shall not engage in unlawful, misleading, or harmful conduct including: posting counterfeit goods,
infringing intellectual property, manipulating transactions, or distributing malware. Afghan Outlet
reserves the right to remove any content or account violating these policies.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Afghan Outlet LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or
relating to the use of the marketplace. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Afghan
Outlet in the preceding three (3) months.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California,
United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
